Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned if:
- Product is defective or damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product doesn't match the description
- You changed your mind (within 7 days)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange pickup (free of charge)
- Product will be inspected upon return
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size (if available)
- Different color/finish (if available)
- Defective items
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Do not accept the delivery, or
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange replacement or full refund
